Abstract
|
|
|
Myelofibrosis is characterized by anema, leukoerythroblastosis, extramedullary hematoporsis, hepatosplenomegaly and osteosclerosis.
We experienced a case of myelofibrosis which was occurred in a 12-month old male infant, who showed severe anemia with abnormal findings of red blood cell, huge hepatosplenomegaly and fibrosis of the bone marrow.
A brief review of the related literatures is given.
